LESSONS IN LOVE

Discover what you need to create a lasting, fulfilling romantic relationship!

Whether you’re looking to start dating again, are currently dating, or have just entered a committed relationship, this new singles workshop will equip you with the essential skills to make your next relationship a success.

Based on Dr John Gottman’s acclaimed book, The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work, the workshop has been thoughtfully adapted for singles. You'll learn how these research-based principles can help you build healthy and fulfilling romantic relationships. Although the principles were first intended for married couples, they now benefit partners at every stage by providing guidance to strengthen connections, navigate conflict, and create greater intimacy.
